Non-account holders may pick up their remittance at any BDO branch nationwide.
• There are over 650 BDO branches in the Philippines nationwide.
• BDO has branches in all SM Supermalls, the largest chain of shopping malls in the
Philippines.
• BDO branches at SM are open even on weekends and select holidays at EXTENDED
banking hours. Most branches are open as late as 6pm and mall branches are open on
weekends up to 7pm.
• Remittance can be claimed in Peso or USD at any BDO branch strategically located
across the Philippines.
CASH PICK UP AT ANY SM FOREX COUNTER (PESO & USD)
Money sent from abroad may be claimed at any SM Forex Counter located at SM Department
Stores, SM Hypermarkets and Makro Stores.
• It’s a one-stop shop for the families of the OFWs as claiming remittance, paying bills and
shopping can be done all under one roof!
• SM Forex Counters can be found in all SM Department Stores, SM Hypermarkets and
Makro Stores where remittance can be claimed 7 days a week including holidays from
10AM
• There are SM malls in key cities and provinces all over the Philippines. As SM continues
to grow in number, more and more beneficiaries will experience this convenience.
SM BUSINESS SERVICE CENTER (PHP & USD)
In addition to the above pay-out locations, the SM Business Service Centers provide fast
financial services at extended hours.
• There are currently 15 SM Business Service Centers located at SM malls and more
branches opening throughout the year.
• They are open Mondays to Sundays and select holidays to service remittance payouts in
Peso and US Dollars from 10am to 8pm.
RURAL BANK PARTNERS (PESO ONLY)
Realizing the need to provide faster delivery of remittances, BDO has partnered with Rural
Banks nationwide so that beneficiaries in the countryside can claim remittances in the most
expedient manner.
• BDO has partnered with 8 Rural Banks in the provinces where the bank has limited
presence.
• Collectively, Rural Banks provide additional 182 payout channels perfectly situated to
service provincial clients. These are the following:
